Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship from Indonesia using trusted couriers. Delivery times vary by region:

  • Indonesia: 2–7 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • USA & Europe: 14–21 business days

All items are securely packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa & Mastercard (processed securely via DOKU)
  • PayPal – manual invoice (invoice sent by email after checkout)
  • Bank Transfer (for selected regions)

 

Why is checkout in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)?

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you are outside Indonesia, your bank or card provider automatically converts the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate.

 

Are my payments secure?

Yes. Card payments are handled on DOKU’s encrypted page; we never store your card details. PayPal payments are also secured directly on PayPal.

 

Why might credit cards require confirmation?

For your protection, we may email you to confirm that you authorize the purchase before processing. In some cases, our payment partner may also require a short written statement such as:

“I confirm I authorize this payment to TevaraCraft for order #1234.”

This quick step prevents fraud and ensures your order is processed safely.

 

Are all your products one-of-a-kind?

Yes. Each TevaraCraft piece is handmade from teak or mahogany. We let the wood’s natural grain and form guide the design, so no two items are ever the same.
